The pair have three-year old twins together, Monroe and Morocco, and own four homes - one in New York, the loft in LA, one in Aspen and one in the Bahamas. The rumours have emerged after a source told In Touch Weekly that Mariah has had several closed door meetings with divorce lawyers. But Nicks being more passive.
