After nearly two years of conservative physical therapy, a plethora of prescription medications, neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, numerous test of every kind, I am finally going to have surgery. The procedure is Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion, which will happen on Monday the 25th at 7.30 am at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Its been a taxing and exhausting time but I am very grateful to have an exceptional team of medical professionals who have and will treat me during this time. I want to thank most especially my family, who are here in NYC with me for this surgery, thank you to Rory Bonafe, Franklin Bonafe Sr and Aurora Bonafe. I will undoubtedly be out of commission for a time but know that I am in good hands, from my family, who have taken time and expenses to be here as well as my medical team. Peace and love. Prayers are most welcome, because I am a nervous wreck, but I have full confidence in God and those involved. Peace out.
