So I am at the polls and I notice a older lady standing outside so I cordially say hello and all of a sudden she burst into tears. She told me that shes been voting at the same poll for 20 yrs and now all of a sudden shes told that she cant vote there anymore and that her location has been changed. She received no prior notice and the workers were rude and without compassion. She was absolutely devastated. But after we chatted a while and after I told her that it was because of HER RESILENCE AND STEADFAST SPIRIT that paved the path of strength and courage for the rest of us to continue to cast our vote regardless of obstacles set before us; she smiled and nodded her head at me and said YOU ARE RIGHT YOUNG LADY THANK YOU SO MUCH. I mean really how many of us would literally CRY BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE COULD NOT VOTE.
