So I am back. Lets see. A few months ago our DSTV was not working. We did everything we could think of, Reset, unplug and wait ten minutes, took out the card and wiped it off, and so much more to no avail. We thought okay, lets leave thing till we get back and went to Pretoria for some much needed time away. This issue then being in the back of my mind, enjoying the time away with not a care in the world...everything was just perfect. When we got back, switching on the TV, only to get this pink and grey screen that shows that the decoder is busy searching for signal. Having forgotten what steps were previously;y taken, I went through the same steps as before in the troubleshooting process but nothing. Now you must understand, I am a technical guy, like to sit and figure something out before calling in the professionals....many of the tech owens can vouch for this..Stubborn as ons tyd het. Well, I had enough and then it was time to call in the pros. A DSTV installer came and did the same stuff that I did, just a lot quicker, steps of troubleshooting, and then went outside to the satellite dish with his ek weeti wat is daai nie machine. now on the Satellite dish there is this small white box aka LNB, he did his thing, tested the signal, make a small adjustment and BAM!!! ALL WAS FIXED, all that he needed to do was turn the LNB in the direction that signal came from and we had signal again. No lets look at this. At times we are sitting in a situation that we cannot seem to find the answer for. We pray and do not get the results that we are looking for One thing we do understand is that God works in mysteries ways, but have you thought of redirecting your prayers? Have you though of changing the direction of your LNB to get a signal? We know that the promises of God are Yah and Amen and His word does not return back void, so we should also understand that our own understanding does not always knows what we ought to pray for in order to get the best results and an answer....it is written 1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to HIS will HE hears us. Right there is your answer....Pray according to the will of God, The Holy Spirit prays in just that way....so our solution to receive the results that God wants for us is to pray according to His will and allow the Spirit on the inside of Us to guide our prayers. Pray the word, find that word for your situation and pray that, Matthew 6:7 says And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Pray in faith that what you have asked for according to will of God, and you believed that you have received then you will have IT. Turn your LNB to the Word just a bit and see what God can do for you!!! Stay Blessed Family!!
