So, I am home; learning how to use my bluetooth keyboard with my kindlefire; mama and pops are getting by ... the finally have an appt with the VA, a home nurse will be by tomorrow to help with meds & assess their needs; Paupau is lined up for his next round of chemo ... and has had great difficulty bouncing back from his last round; the upcoming chemo is three of six, potential treatments. He will be scheduled for his ct scan, which will determine the efficacy of the treatment. Once Paupau loses his hope for remission ... or at least more time, I suspect he will stop chemo. Chemo is only meant for him to be comfortable ... and possibly buy some time. I miss my folks so much ... I miss princess Gigi .... well have to work on some face time or skype real soon. I think the princess will appreciate cousins, Calvin & Petunia! My mom will need much support this upcoming week. There are things that could be done ... I am afraid shell be doing too much & have a set back in her health. This is a HUGE lesson in letting go & letting God work her magesty! Soon we will call Hospice ... and they will have the care they need & deserve. Thanks for your prayers & love & treats! Mom really enjoyed the visit by Barbara. They also journeyed to Auroura to help celebrate her youngest daughters birthday. Needless to say, both mom & pops were pooped after that trip! This evening they were treated by Jim & Martha to dinner & seemed to enjoy it. Mom said something about being glad to be alive ...I love them so much. Please help me to surround them with love and prayers.
