So I am on call and up early, so I was reading the newspaper , I came across this stupid article from the boston herald. First of all the DH has only been around for 40 years in the AL. BUT to suggest the NL change is nuts. I like seeing the the 9 players you put out on the field play the game , I like seeing the pitcher bat , and some can hit. As someone who grew up In a family who loves all sports, but especially baseball , to change the way the game has always been played is crazy. When I look at the DH , I look at players who cant or no longer can play the whole game, but get payed a lot of money to come and in and bat 3-4 times. and I know those bats at times can be big, but not always. TO the AL ,maybe you should get rid of the DH and let your pitcher bat. Is this the way our little leaghers, high school and college players play, if it is It is still wrong.
