So I am sadly pondering in silence…so much we do on a daily basis is taken for granted. The giggles, the doorbell ringing that sets off kids running to the door and dogs taking flight to get there first…hugs, laughter and even utter chaos. The last two weeks have flown by so fast that I realized as I said good bye to my Loves today that I had not given them my all…I was so wrapped up in what it took to get them on a plane. Although it was an important task, I feel cheated that I missed out on family dinner nights or playing in the park. They are homeward bound due to the help of so many hands in my Village. Each one of you played a very significant part in making this happen or will be in the very near future…You are all my family and I am forever in your debt. Thank you for taking care of my family and for being a part of our lives. I KNOW I have missed a few names…forgive me…feeling blessed always with you as a part of our last chapter in Japan and for those who will play a role in our next chapter.
