So I am using this as a last resort I have called customer service and I have called stores and I have been fighting with insurance... I am a customer of over 6 years I have several lines and I have paid you guys good money for these phones as of late the issues I have dealt with on te service provided has been horrible. I had a Iphone for almost 2 years never filled a insurance claim on it then I do need the insurance and assurion fails the id screen and says im not who I say I am I called 611 and they couldnt help either so in the end I took a beating on the phone and had to buy another one I go into store and get the xperia z1 I had it a week an the screen cracked I file insurance get another phone have it another week and it cracked again. both phones still in my hands both cracked same direction and place NO damage to exterior of phones they have not been abused to whaever I file another claim and end up loosing this phone try to file a claim and I cant due to I have had to file two back to back claims for same exact issue I have called retention and was advised basicly to suck it up and get a new phone this is not ok I feel very disrespected as a customer I will walk away to another service provider if need be but I hope you will help!!
