So I am usually posting about my health and fitness. Today I wanted to share a different challenge. Had day surgery yesterday to implant a urethra sling, to combat something that a lot of women go through which is stress incontinence. Because I am so active it was beginning to interfere with my lifestyle and was getting progressively worse. So after trying many different remedies with my doctor decided to have this elective surgery. But ended up suffering some complications of internal bleeding after surgery. Blood pressure dropped to 55/40 which was very scary, for me and my onlooking family. So instead of simple day surgery, it turned into three days in the hospital. Im out of the woods and doing so much better and get to go home tomorrow. I AM GRATEFUL for having a solid, strong healthy body, lots of love and support, and a unwavering faith that allows me to walk through things like this in peace. Thank you to everyone for your prayers and offers to help 💛💚🙏💚💛
