So, I assume in the New America, we will eliminate the term criminal negligence. Just saw an example of where we are heading. In Brazil, a law maker shot and killed a fellow law maker in the hall of Congress but he may escape any justice. He was aiming at a different man but was a very poor shot. He must be forgiven. Drug makers, food producers, people handling your pension and on and on meant no harm when they made very poor choices, often criminal choices and you are now damaged and screwed. They have God on their side? I think not.
