If yourre one of my athletes chances are youve done this one a time or two (along with some of my other favorites for restoring hip function). 4 minutes each leg, preferably 2 in the first position and 2 with bias in external rotation. Test retest is that deadlift setup and that bottom of a squat position.. See if it makes a difference. Questions and comments are welcome. See you tomorrow everyone.
