So I bought a sectional from a store where for years I have bought all my furniture...6 weeks after buying it a part of it broke. Never had a problem with them fixing it but this time since I paid cash for it they will not fix it! Tonight another section broke...I even called the owner personally and talked to him. I have never heard back from him either. Very disappointed in this whole situation. I am not naming the store I bought it at because I am still holding out hope that they will make this right...stay tuned
