So I called Vistaprint today, upset because I was having issues with uploaded graphics and I ASSUMED it was their problem because I had printed this logo before without issues - either way, I called with an attitude expecting crappy customer service especially for a Saturday. WOW - they are an American company with customer service in Jamaica and embroidery happening in Canada AND they somehow managed to give me the best customer service I have ever had. The girl that helped me was nice, patient and CLEAR - not only that but my $70 order ended up being $50 by the time we were done. Super Satisfied with them - now lets see what actually gets shipped to me, haha.
