So I couldnt get on a squat rack at the gym and I was talking to one of the trainers who challenged me to a workout. I took him up on the challenge that he completes in 22 minutes, I took just over 23, not bad for my first go!!! I did this lil video when I got home and my legs were dead but I had to share it anyway!!! Give it a go, you dont even need to go to the gym to do it!
