So I did the Ice Bucket Challenge, there was one rather large block of ice that I didnt notice in the bucket that hurt! But yeah as people have been asking what this is about basically its just to share awareness of a disease called ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) that is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Theres been a few 1000 of these videos sent around between celebs and band members and its working as alsa.org has had 7000 new people sign up and donate plus have raised $10mil. Honestly only reason Im doing this is as a baseball fan I know of ALS to be called Lou Gehrig Disease and when Elizabeth Breeze nominated me I had to follow suit and nominate George Powell, Chance Conner, Stefan Blois & Henri Pickersgill to take part in the next 24 hours too!
