So I go back to work on july 16th and im going from 30 hours 5 days a week to 18 hours 3 days a week. Which is bullshit because small buissness or not the law is the law. The same amount of people work there that have always worked there but for some reason a girl that has worked there for 2 months is getting my hours and she doesnt even know what shes doing.Ive worked there for a year.if they cant give me my hours back that I have had for a year shouldnt they not keep the girl that was only suppose to cover my maternity leave?
