So I gotta put tonight in print, Jennifer Rittie especially considering the day we had!!! :P I went to the hospital tonight. Heart in my stomach, worried I was losing the baby-or so I thought :D- I get there and going on 3 hrs sleep, Im pretty friggin pooped and poppin dark chocolates and Andes mints.. My triage nurse was concerned and awesome, and got me in a bed REALLY quick. I met my nurse, Bill, he made me comfortable. He did an IV, took some blood, and I waited for the doc... After a while, I started to really enjoy my lil break! Playin my lil games on here, listening to conversations outside the curtain, feet up, RELAXIN! A petite nurse w/ very short black hair, blue scrubs that matched her blue eyes. a beautiful lady. She opened her mouth and had a very slight Spanish accent, which only put me more at ease, and said to come w her for an ultrasound! I know I lit up! I told her I was only few weeks along, and hadnt been to be my OB yet, and was literally nearly dance walking behind her :) We got to the room and she got me situated, and as were getting ready, I asked if she could turn the screen so I could see... of course she didnt. She said if youre good! :) w/ a threatened MC, she probably wanted to save me some heartache. As were talking and shes doing the exam, she gets a concerned look on her face. Already being deep in conversation, I started just rambling, praying inside the look wasnt a bad look, and just a medical professional look... As shes finishing she said because youre so excited, Im gonna show you something I think she wanted to be who delivered that news, I believe she was supposed to be... She moved her wand and said there......... theres one and she smiled at me, and my eyes must have been the size of saucers as she panned around before saying and theres the other
