So I grab a baby bird out of a dogs mouth, see its still breathing and both eyes are open, give it a few drops of water to see if it swallows, and then hop into my car half naked and drive it to the Northwest Wildlife Rehab Ctr and leave it in their capable hands. Whew. I talk a good game, but in reality Im just a big softie. Tremendous Respect for all who volunteer their time and energy to help such things as an injured baby bird.
