So I had a conversation tonight at a local car show and of course it was someone that knew me as worked in the past at Atco Raceway for 14 years as part of the bar there. They also know that I shoot drag racing also. So the conservation was about a photographer yelling at someone in the staging lanes for shooting photos. And were told to put their camera away and stop shooting... wtf is up with that? They have no right telling someone to put their camera away. Its a public place and they paid to get in there. I understand the situation because Im a photographer and understand that they were probably saying that to the person because their not making money. I totally understand. But.... For real?? The world of photography is a tough business for I know.. But I would never tell someone to put their camera away and not take photos. Calm down. Not trying to be a smart ass. Just some thoughts from my little pea brain.. Love Chrissy
