So, I had an idea. Since many of us in the Chicagoland area dont currently have a commercial track to go to, I figured Id at least try to spark a little building interest with a build off contest....maybe by the time our contest is over, a raceway will be open again and we can all go out and ding up our new rides. Contest will be judged in three categories: Super Stock, Pony Stock, and Unlimited. Cars must be new builds, nothing thats been posted anywhere on the internet before. Cars will be judged by the overall criteria: Originality, Authenticity, Paint and build quality. Edmalyn and I will have the final say, but overall likes and comments received by each entry will be taken into account. Post good photos here (in the B&E group) of the entire car, interior, chassis, details, etc.. Top three in each category will receive a super cool car show box plaque (Ill get them made.) Best of show will get...well, a best in show plaque, what else? 1st place in each category will also receive a set of B&E natural rubber Super Comp rear tires, and a Pro Slot 4002fk motor. Best of show will also get a set of tires, Pro slot 4002fk motor, and a B&E Eliminator chassis kit. Ill change the page settings so you can post your photos here. Well call it the B&E Pre season build off. Contest ends September 6th 2014. Now, go build something.
