So I have a dilemma. Im very concerned for the welfare of the dog that lives above us. He whines ALL day long. Tyler and I left a nice note for the owner telling him this and saying we would be happy to walk the dog while he was out all day. Well, just now, the dog was still whining and the owner, who is obviously home now began yelling SHUT THE *#*#*#* UP! A few times. Well, the dog is quiet now, but Im concerned about the treatment of the animal. I know we all lose our temper (I know have) but this poor dog is literally whining 24/7. Do I go try to talk to the neighbor? Do I report him? How would you handle this?
