So, I have a story.. A couple of years ago, before the MLB All-Star 5k, I had a t-shirt made that simply says.. Bring Back Frank White this was my mini protest against the Royals front office for getting rid of Frank... I only wear the shirt when attending a Royals game or Royals event, and usually get all kinds of positive feedback from other fans and stadium workers.. This morning I ran in the Royals Charities 5K, and got a lot of thumbs up at the event from other runners about the shirt.. After the race, I was in Liberty, and had to stop at Price Chopper. In the strip mall with the Price Chopper, is a Sports store called ShopMOsports. I seen they had a sale in front of the store, and I seen Royals hats, so, I went over to check it out.. While browsing, the store owner comes out, and says Can I take your photo, I love that shirt! So I said, sure, Well, He proceeds to tell me that Frank was in the store two weeks before signing autographs and he was sending the photo to his friend, that just so happens to work with Frank White, and he said, Frank will probably see this! and that my friends, made my day!
