So, I have been ordered to take care of myself a little better. I am run down! Aside age, hereditary osteoarthritis & very high (bad) cholesterol. Its not due to my eating. I have to go on cholesterol meds, steroids for my muscle inflammation. A few other things line old age & stress (lol) Tuesday to Neuro for a spinal tap to check my antigens for Thoracic MS! Never a dull moment in my life! Good news is my mental hygiene is intact & my God is bigger & stronger than my problems!!
