So I have had quite a few ask for the recipe for my brownie mix. Well here it is, But its for a bulk recipe, Im not sure on how to break it down. 6 cups sifted flour 4 tsp baking powder 4 tsp salt 2 1/2 cups cocoa 2 cups shortening 8 cups of sugar mix dry ingredients, cut shortening into mix until it has the texture of cornmeal. Store in airtight container. To make brownies: 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup butter or oil 2 cups of brownie mix 2/3 cups chopped nuts (optional) preheat oven to 350 beat butter, adding eggs one at a time, beating after each egg stir in vanilla and brownie mix, add nuts (optional) pout batter into 8x8 inch pan that is well greased bake 20-25 minutes (time varies, I have to bake for about 30 minutes)
