So I havent been making the progress in my fitness journey due to wanting to do things MY WAY.. Ive lost the weight and my goal now is to tone up and gain muscle. I dont wanna look like the hulk! But I have a somethings in mind that Id like to work on. In order to do this, you have to eat certain things, certain amounts, certain times. Well, even though Ive been doing okay... I havent been following it to the T. Its hard not to indulge in the things you WANT to eat! When you please! But after my awesome nutritionist pulled my card! Im sticking to my guns. Im getting serious about it. No cheating. No drinking. No nothing. Focus! Sacrifice and discipline! Its about more than just looking good. Its about testing yourself and Im for it!
