So I keep seeing people post on here bout Belpre being under a Tornado Watch??!!We r sitting on the Ohio river looking right at Belpre and there r a few clouds but we r sitting here counting the stars!!!!!I know the storm was bad last year but we probably aint gonna get anything!!!!Yes we know its better to be prepared but its getting summer time people we should of already been prepared for this season instead of waiting for the weather man to tell everybody what to do!!!!!
