So I know this is kind of old but here is my conspiracy theory on how Brian Griffin returns to Family Guy: In the episode Stewie goes to the future to see next years gifts, he would then find out of brians death but he seems fine so Brian must be alive. After Brians gets hit by the car he goes to the market to find a Titanium Capacitor but the shop owner says he can not get it for him. I think that similar to past episode where Stewie gets Plutonium from Santa he will get a Titanium Capacitor from Santa and save Brian.
