So I liked this page around a year or two ago, because I went to school with Ronney Phillips. His wife is the head of it. As I read through some of the stories, I was angered, sad, and relieved. This family takes in the dumped, unwanted, abused animals that we see at the shelter or running around a parking lot. They rehabilitate many of these animals, and sometime when its not possible they make the hard choices of putting them down. The recent story touched me for some reason very deeply. Im not sure why. Maybe because she was adopted and then brought back. Maybe it was because the abuse was so bad that she couldnt get up and shake it off this time, so they dumped her back at the shelter. But Jess didnt hesitate to get her and now she is with Ronney and Jess now. I pray this story ends like Daisies did. As daisies story touch me for all the same reasons.
