So I managed to break a bone in my foot while stumbling I was on the couch with my left leg under my right with the laptop, viewing the stumble upon web site waiting for Noelle to get ready for the annual RJR Christmas party. I guess my left leg was bored and fell asleep so when I stood up I collapsed and somehow broke a bone in my foot. Serves me right for being a couch potato! I would hate to see what I could break if I really got active.
