So I posed a query on the EC page about our gluten-free offerings, & Im kinda shocked by the amount of folks who genuinely feel slighted or even manipulated by GF options. Many passionately said they would stop buying products altogether if we only offered GF alternatives. A few seemed nearly militant in their anti-GF stance, & one even quoted biggest marketing rip-off of the century. Whats the problem with offering dietary alternatives? I usually expect this kind of bigotry from religion, race, & class. Why should you care if someone else decides gluten is toxic to their body?
