So I racked that Pilsner today. Not sure if I should have as it was still showing an SG 1.035. Moved both tuns to my closet as I wasnt convinced they were in the dark even with the covers over them in the woodshop. It means Ill have to move the secondary rack before bottling, but what can you do?
