So I turned on my written response to my Evaluation to my District Manager and my Store Manager today and I could not be happier!. My District Manager was completely understanding to both my manager and I. She said that they absolutely love me and value me as an employee and dont want me to end up quitting because of the differences between my current manager and myself! I am so happy I stuck up for myself because it paid off!. I am now being transferred to the Kelso location to go work with a manager who I have worked with before and who can see my actual potential instead of seeing me as a threat or competition. I get my original closing position back.. Which means I get my hours back!. So happy with this outcome!. Thank You everyone who supported me and pushed me to stick up for myself!. I cant wait!
