So.... I wanted to find another job I just couldnt find one paying enough money... BUT 12/16/14 something told me to send an email to a manager in another department but same company... 12/17/14 they told me they do have a position for me and I need to apply.. I was soooo excited 1 problem though, my manager wouldnt sign off on the transfer.. Finally 12/20/14 my manager went ahead and signed it and made sure I knew they dont want me to leave and will try to match my pay. 12/22/14 I had a job offer. 12/23/14 I got a phone call telling me to think carefully about it and of course told me all of the bad things about the other department. & I admit I got discouraged BUT 12/26/14 I let them know I wanted to accept the job offer...now today 01/06/15 is my first day and I LOVE IT!
