So I was at the Hospital today to deliver baby number 5, I herd the most outrageous conversation between a administrative person and patient, the Hospital worker told the lady starting in January 2015 that all hospitals private, county or what have you can now reject anyone for life saving procedures or treatments unless you come in on ambulance. She said this is for cancers or any other treatment. She stated that the law now provides hospitals support to turn away any person who cant pay co-pay upfront for any treatment. I dont know if this is Obama care law or California law but this was a big Hospital and that just seems crazy that people will be turned away to die........Anyone herd anything about this?
