So I was leaving the kwik shopp on 19th and mass after work tonight and when I went to pull out I say a flashing light across the street. I had a strong feeling I needed to inspect closer and I went to pull in part way ( the fire station directly across the street) and it was a a woman laying in the ground. When she say me getting ready to get out she hopped up and walked over to her other bicycle people put her reflective jacket on and waved at me! What the hell I almost called 911 I thought she was injured.
