So I was watching an episode of Storage Wars or one of those shows where they bid for abandoned storage lockers and hope to find expensive stuff to make a profit on. Well in the latest episode one guy found a special type of coffee which sells for about $100-600 per pound and some can even reach almost $1500 per pound. The funny thing about this coffee is its first eaten and then excreted by a tree cat/raccoon in south east Asia before being processed for human consumption. This coffee is so unique, so different from the rest and so valuable. It reminds me of something else that fits with all those characteristics..... Thats right ITS FRIDAY and just like this coffee (Kopi Luwak if anyone wants to look it up) this day is not like the others. Although this specialty coffee may not appeal to everyone, Friday can relate to us all. Friday can perk you up like an espresso, calm you down like a herbal tea, warm you up like your usual latte it cool you down like an iced coffee. It can be strong like a long black or girly like a chai latte (even though many guys like drinking these things ... like me). Its can be a little bit fancy like an affogato, or it can be a little bit complicated like a skinny flat white in a latte glass with 2 equals. And even if you dont drink coffee Friday can be your hot chocolate. Whatever your tastes Friday has got something for you. So as you wake up and enhance your already elevated energy levels from the mere fact that its the end of the week by taking a sip if your favorite beverage, lets all be reminded that with that first cup we order/make come with a HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE.
