So I went off on a movie trailer and movie news tangent and here is what I found. Sorry this is so long but if you have some spare time and youre a movie lover like me then this should be quite helpful! Here are some upcoming movies that I am looking forward to: - The Purge: Anarchy - Obviously a sequel to the original which I found surprisingly decent. https://youtube/watch?v=XzFCDqKE4yA - The Maze Runner - Apparently a film adaptation of a novel which I never knew existed. Has the kid who played Kenny in Were the Millers and looks pretty good! A bit like Hunger Games in a small way and I think youll see what I mean when you watch the trailer. https://youtube/watch?v=K1In45K0DGc - The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - Jamie Foxx gets a shot at being a super villain. https://youtube/watch?v=1VkzArhVhIA - X-Men: Days of Future Past - This one seems very dark compared to any other X-Men movie. It seems like a nice change in the series and really any X-Men movie with Wolverine in it Im excited for (Call me what you want but if you can say anything negative about Hugh Jackman then you have much deeper problems). https://youtube/watch?v=hMeKYG5y8wc - If I Stay - Chloe Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass) in what seems to be a worth while tear jerker. https://youtube/watch?v=Rcnl-17ITIE - Godzilla - Bryan Cranston and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. After the 1998 version flopped I am very eager to see how they turn this classic around! https://youtube/watch?v=vIu85WQTPRc - How to Train Your Dragon 2 - I loved the first one so I assume the second one will deliver! https://youtube/watch?v=wxlsHu6zNAk Heres a list of movies that I didnt know about but seem like they will be very interesting! - Guardians of the Galaxy (Marvel) - Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Zoe Saldana, and Glenn Close. Soon to be released this year this film looks to be a horrifying addition to the creepy alien mystery genre. Watching the trailer gave me chills! https://youtube/watch?v=4zLS4lL3JDQ - Chef - Jon Favreau, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr., and Dustin Hoffman. A light-hearted comedy about a professional chef buying an old taco truck and piecing back together his career. https://youtube/watch?v=KkaxZQtnoBg - Home - An animated family movie about an alien race trying to find a new home planet. Steve Martin is the voice of the captain. Many other famous actors and actresses join him such as Liam Neeson, Charlize Theron, and even Neil Patrick Harris! Could be funny, could be stupid, but probably will be both! https://youtube/watch?v=LhmP8UYtipA - The Angriest Man in Brooklyn - Robin Williams and Mila Kunis in a very interesting-looking comedy. https://youtube/watch?v=rTmvY11m_0E - The Drop - Tom Hardy and James Gandolfini - a gripping crime thriller. https://youtube/watch?v=Iy_ogNiryZ8 And lastly, here is a bit of future movie news that has me very interested! - Star Wars VII - The original Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), C-3PO (Anthony Daniels), R2-D2 (Kenny Baker), and Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) cast have all agreed to return to the future Star Wars 7! They have selected other cast members and are looking for one more main female role. - Jurassic World - Supposedly an extension of the thrilling classic that is set to take place 20 years after the first film and has a decently impressive cast such as Chris Pratt, Judy Greer, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent DOnofrio, and Jake Johnson. Im eager to see if they can bring this seemingly dead series back to life! Last but DEFINITELY not least - James Bond 24 - For the other Bond-obsessed folks out there like me, we always want to know who the next Bond girl will be. We have lately not been blessed with already-superstar actresses in the recent Bond films. Halle Berry in Die Another Day was the last majorly famous actress to grace the 007 screen. For Bond 24 there is a rumor going around, even on IMDb, that Penelope Cruz will be the next Bond girl! Shes no Halle Berry when it comes to fame but this gal strikes me as a great choice for a Bond girl: foreign, classy, and gorgeous!
