So I went to Kings and Vipers game last night. Vipers I am sure have seen better days. All I hear in the radio today is how Vipers wanted to scrap in the last few minutes of the game. Lets set a couple things straight. Vipers short some of there key players due to injury. So I counted 4 midgets filling in could have been more. Some very questionable calls late in the period. Then with the visiting team Kings on a perpetual power play they ice their top line for the last few shifts of the game in what I think was a display of poor sportsmanship delivering an insult to an already beaten team on the scoreboard anyway. Why wouldnt a Team defend themselves. 20 year old players instigating and taking on younger players. Not cool. One team may have won one the scoreboard but the home team showed good character and tenacity for not quitting.
