So I woke up in Pitysville this morning and decided to take my own advice, I got myself bathed and hair washed (1 leg out the bath) done an 8min an blast, bum shuffled down the stairs took the dog outside made me a juice and attempted a little washing up, having 1 leg and no hands when upright is tricky and bum shuffling is wearing thin, and the stairs now are almost bringing me to tears but ...... I decided I was gonna try and walk the stairs (with crutches) and I did it, now I feel like I can write #noexcuses. Its the little things that can make us smile and lead us to the bigger picture.
