So, I work at Walmart here in Muscle Shoals. I posted a video earlier today about a lady paying for tons of layaways somewhere, and I thought that was awesome. Well then as I go back in from my lunch, I checked out a lady who was paying for her bill. She was $3 short. The man behind her paid it for her. Then later in the night, another lady came thru the line in a cart that she drives herself. she was having problems getting everything out of her basket, before I could walk around to get it for her the man behind her helped her get everything out. Loaded it back up once bagged and then helped her carry it out to her car. Just when I thought these people around here were crazy and rude, these couple of people shocked me today and showed loads of kindness. There are still good people in the world and I try to be one of those good people. Although I dont have money to pay thousands of dollars to help with Christmas gifts, I would absolutely love to be able to give loads of money and gifts to soldiers, toys for tots, etc. but sadly Im not able to do so and that is ok bc I try to show my kindness thru respecting people and helping them pick up their change when their wallet tips over and it scatters everywhere or just simply helping them load the basket up for the elderly, etc. I hope everyone takes a second to do some act of kindness this holiday season. I have heard from so many customers that they hate Christmas bc everyone becomes rude and crazy. But maybe one by one, with a little kindness, we can change that.
