So Im a little annoyed that The Webster Schools will not let the south county cheerleaders use their gym for their practices. They can only practice outside for so long and need to be able to practice routines on their mats. Now the Thomspon Middle school has been generous to let the cheerleaders use their gym for practices. But the only available times are evenings til 830 PM. As a working parent with 3 children that usually go to bed at that time, this is very inconvenient. I dont understand why the schools wont let the cheerleaders use the gym for a couple of hours 2-3 times a week. The most difficult part is that the girls need to be able to store their practice mats at the same location. I dont understand what the big deal is. They want webster to come together as a town and a community but cant let the pop warner cheer team use the gym..? Something so simple... Maybe its just me but I find this inconvenient and absurd. Its now 835 still waitin for my child to leave practice. To get home, eat her dinner, shower and then get to bed. Smh. Thank you Webster Schools for not responding to the cheer teams request of gym use. Sorry. Rant over. Smh.
