So Im admiring my selfie with Dakota...well admiring Dakota anyhow....Animals are truly amazing. I met Dakota on my honeymoon 12 years ago, then I met Pepper a short while later, then Max. Do you remember Max? He was a retired circus horse! He had a star on his forehead. After he passed, Dakota got a star on his forehead, too. He had solid color until then! Aww.....and Pepper. He wasnt spending much time with Chance and Skye Noel because he couldnt do the steps. I brought those two up on Christmas morning to enjoy a treat. Thats when Pepper chose to leave us...when we were all in the room with him....and we sent Dom down to the barn to collect eggs. And we are very RARELY all in the living room together...Bud, dogs, and me....Im upset he was laying under our tree on Christmas morning when he passed. But I think I know why he did it that way, and I love him for it.
