So Im back in the valley and feeling tired so Im taking the dog for a run on the hill, (The dog will be doing all the running Ill walk) the weather is warm and sunny, high today so far is 41deg. and with any luck reach the upper 50s. Oahu was awesome and my time with Dane Martin and his lovely wife Lisa Martin was so well spent. I was able to put my head in a better place for now and just feel and not think, it is amazing how we think too much sometimes and when the pressure of an event such as death of a loved one takes hold we begin to over think even something the requires no thought at all to do. I would find myself thinking about how to tie my own shoes and why I was not able to do it and once I stopped think about it the answer was right in front of me, the shoes were slip on loafers. My feeling are in check for today and Im pushing hard to complete a few projects before the end of the year so I can start fresh and be more productive in my life and with others. Thank you all for the love and support you have given us these past 3 years, and the continued gift of your friendships you are giving me now.
