So, Im doing the mud runner in a few weeks with this lot, and as all of you know, Im not the fittest and the only things that can usually tempt me in to running are getting to the pub in time for happy hour and a good meal! So please have a dig around for a spare couple of quid and sponsor me and the others, I know The Courtyard isnt curing cancer or helping people in some war torn third world country. But it is a brilliant facility that brings a lot of good things into the lives of local people (as well as putting a sizeable chunk of cash back into the local economy) and that does loads of really important work in the community, especially in education and work with elderly people and those with dementia.
