So, Im guessing most of yall havent heard about Dillon Taylor from Salt Lake City..? Anyone? He was a 20 year old Caucasian shot & killed by an African American cop only 2 DAYS after the Ferguson event. Should we be rioting, or is this not a race case too? Im so confused.. Either way, I havent & will not take sides on the Ferguson case for I was not there & cannot rely on the eye whiteness statements that were given (that goes for the SLC event, as well). My only point is, it should not be a case about racism. The only reason it is is because of the publicity created over the idea of a racial controversy. I fear my son will never live in a world free of this ignorant hate. My only hope is to raise him with the basic idea of equality & teach him right from wrong. And the media is wrong, so wrong. No more singling out specific cases that imply such racism! We have too much hate coming from all around the world to be fighting each other! United we stand. Divided we fall.
