So Im having convos with a new friend and this is his (funded) Kickstarter: https://kickstarter/projects/jedalexander/mostly-wordless-a-picture-book-for-everyone and I got the graphic novel and thereve been others that are just divine. It got me wondering. Its a great thing to have the funding and get the work out there, but are there any awards for these funded projects? Most of them dont go through the normal channels (its Wild, Wild West out there kiddos!), so no Caldecott, etc. And GOODNESS knows some of these things are well worthy of awarded recognition. If there isnt it would be nice to think of some.... Great stuff. Ah Well, back to it!
