However, if someone commits a violent act on you, you have the right to defend yourself, no matter the aggressor, the circumstance, or the events leading to it. Women, if a man puts their hands on you - you have the right to defend yourself. Vice versa for men. If a woman puts their hands on you - you have the right to defend yourself. We have the tendency to constantly say and teach our children its wrong for a man to hit a woman, because it is. But rarely is the topic of a woman hitting a man ever brought up. Weve grown ignorant to the hypocrisy. We should practice the way of, and teach to our children that any degree of violence is wrong. Again, Ill reiterate, I do not condone violence of any kind. I just cant help but feel this way.
