So Im just up and I recently read the comments under our most recent johnlock post. I know some people were unhappy and others were unhappy with what others were saying. I dont want fighting on the page so i want to voice my opinion on the idea of shipping. I am a big shipper and I ship everything from Johnlock to sherlolly. I am aware that John and Sherlock arent a couple, Im aware that moffat and gatiss have stated this but I find its a cute funny thing that we do and thats OK. Some people dont like ships and others strongly oppose them. Some people find particular ships offensive and if you dont like a particular ship then that is your choice. As a page if we posted only one ship photo *and we rarely post them in my opinion* people who dont like that ship would give out and say we used a ship that offended them so we do our best to post all the different ships out there. This way we make everyone happy as you can find the one you want. There are fun sides to shipping and there are bad sides too such as people who dont ship sherlolly or sherene as they dont want Sherlock with a woman or people who ship sherlolly cause they think shipping him with a man is extremely offensive. These are only examples of things i have seen in my time and a part of me hates the hostile nature that has appeared in the whole shipping category. I apologise if you were offended by shipping or any particular ships but we want to make this page good and thats why we post such a variety like if Im correct weve posted them before and today seemed to be our first negative spell *well since I became an admin*. That has been my opinion and I hope it is respected as I respect all of your opinions as I always say. The only time Ill disagree is if I feel your opinion is quite harsh or offensive ~gingerbatch
