So... Im still recovering from an awesome week at camp!! It is hard to keep up with these teens! I just wanted to take a min and give some thanks and appreciation. First of all thanks to all of the teens who gave it their all physically and spiritually!! I promised camp would be challenging in both ways and they did not back down! I am encouraged by all the youth that have already begun waiving their red flag and are fighting the enemy on all fronts in their life! You guys ROCK! And you truly are Soldiers of Christ!! #SOC2014 Keep fighting! I also wanted to thank the kitchen staff Glenda Kaye Foster Cabales, Roman and Icela, Jim, Vita, Linda, Pat and Patty, for some amazing food! The only complaint I heard was that they wanted more cake!! lol My fav was the lasagna! Thank you to the Rousts and night watch Casey Thompson and Tommy Smith. I LITERALLY could NOT have done it without you two!! Thanks to Deans Celina Gonzalez, Rob Judd, it would probably be free time all day without you lol!! Thanks to Camp coordinators Paul Symonds and Shelly Cabales Symonds, for the support behind the scenes! Thanks to hosts Bob and Donella Hughes Gaines for the hospitality, help and support. And a VERY BIG and special thanks to my Platoon Leaders Nathan McLeod, Joel Senior, Jon Jonathan Hash, William Phillips, Steven Hanson, Teresa Torres, Virrueta Briones G. Maria, Doni Sadler, Essence Harris, Amanda Lynn Winslow, and Camille Aragon. You all were awesome!! I and the teens are blessed to have you as Group leaders. Thank you soooooooo much! I hope to see you ALL next year at TEEN Retreat in Jan!! God Bless!
