So Im the idiot who signed up for a half marathon 3 months ago that takes place this Sunday, and have ran less than 13 miles collectively during those 3 months. I lift weights daily and lift my legs at least once a week and ride my bike too. Tonight I ran 3.5 miles, looking for any insight on how many miles I should run (or not run) each day until the race this Sunday..! I can run in the morning or evening or both, just need guidance from an experienced runner!!!
